安装与操作：
1、筛砂机运至工地，将四柱下平整并夯实，垫上枕木，然后把行走轮下砂土铲除使四柱着力，筛沙机应左右处于水平状态，检测水平以底梁为主。
2、在使用前应对设备进行空载运转，对问题处进行处理，确认无误方可投入使用，设备工作时应先启动输送带，载启动转筛，后启动给料，停机时先停给料，在停转筛，等输送带无料时再停输送带，如突然停电，应及时关闭输料，转筛输送电源，并将输送带砂清理干净，以免负载启动损坏机器。
